Depending on your desired change, one approach might be better than another. My training and experience is with people rehabilitating from illness or injury, and with those facing health decline (as themselves or as caregivers) due to brain disease.
Preparing for your best future is my focus as together we establish achievable goals. Commonly, goals include adapting to unexpected changes in physical or mental ability and life demands. We keep the plan dynamic to respond to evolving life changes.
